* Cancellation Policy: - Regretfully we have to charge for cancellations. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 7 days of the arrival date, only £9.99 administration fee per room per night will be charged. However if cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. please note that all cancellations must be notified via email.
* Refund Policy: - In case that we pre-authorise your card prior to your arrival and you decide to cancel your reservation; if the reservation is cancelled before 7 days of the arrival date, the £9.99 administration fee per room per night will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded back to your card . However if cancelled later or in case of no-show, no refund will be made.
* Our privacy policy is not to store cards or other financial details, therefore once the payment is processed, the credit or debit card information will be erased.
* Parking is Free for the duration of stay (please mention if bring car); however long term parking can also be arranged for departing guests (additional cost).
* Free Airport Taxi transfer is available for our guests in the morning and it must be reserved at the time of booking, please mention the approximate time that you need to be at the airport to allocate a transfer slot.
* Free continental breakfast is served between 07:30 to 09:00 in the morning.
* Card Payments are processed by Airport Accommodations and this name will appear on your Card statement.  All Card Payments will have £5 additional surcharge added to the room rate per night.
* Check ins are between 16:00 to 22:00 , however Late & Early check ins are available on request only so please mention at the time of booking. subject to additioanl £5 per room.
* Children under 4 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding
